CSHP Regional Chapter Presidents' meeting & Legislative Day
News from the CSHP Regional Chapter Presidents' meeting & Legislative Day:
1. student member fees go up by $5 (you heard it here first), courtesy of our chapter president attending the meeting & Legislative Day on 6/10/08.
2. the state managed to stave-off the 10% cut in CMS reimbursement when a committee recommended against it; unless the Governor acts, the cuts will go into effect on July 1st!
OTHER pharmacy students were notably absent from this meeting -- meaning, Touro was the only school with student representation!!
